SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Services.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type and settings.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person or region.
For cut-to-size items such as fabrics and interfacing, there may be slight variances in size of +/- 5% as these are manually cut and measured to your specification.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to receive goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Yorkshire Sewing Guy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided at the time of ordering.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclude shipping charges.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, unless the carrier was arranged by us, in which case your statutory rights are unaffected.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, and audio, is owned by The Yorkshire Sewing Guy or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Yorkshire Sewing Guy's name, logo, and branding are trademarks of The Yorkshire Sewing Guy. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools as part of the Services. These are provided "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of such tools. Use of any optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. If you leave our Services to access third-party content, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Yorkshire Sewing Guy is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with The Yorkshire Sewing Guy. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and The Yorkshire Sewing Guy.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose related to operating and improving the Services.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any feedback you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may only access and use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services:

- To infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others
- To transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
- To collect or track the personal information of others

- In any way that restricts or inhibits others' use of the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms.

14.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an automated agent ("Agent") to access or interact with the Services.
14.2 No Agent may access the Services unless it identifies itself at all times and complies with Section 14.4 below. No Agent may access the Services if we have requested it refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in all HTTP/HTTPS requests by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that interactions are from an Agent; (iii) respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine if interactions are from a human or computer; (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block or limit Agent access.
SECTION 15 — TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We take care to ensure the Services and products are accurately described and of satisfactory quality. However, to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information purposes.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, The Yorkshire Sewing Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Yorkshire Sewing Guy, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, or claims arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without your consent.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and The Yorkshire Sewing Guy agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
