Dispatch

Orders placed before 6am Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 6am, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48 All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard — a fully insured, tracked service with an expected delivery timeframe of 2–3 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Express Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 Need it sooner? Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an expected delivery timeframe of 1–2 working days from dispatch. Also fully insured and tracked.

Oversized Items

Items measuring 60cm or longer — such as full rolls of fabric, interfacing, or large Creative Grids rulers — exceed Royal Mail's size limits and will be dispatched via Evri or an alternative courier depending on dimensions. Delivery timeframes are similar but may vary slightly.

Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5.99
Free standard delivery on all orders over £35 — applied automatically at checkout. Want to upgrade to Tracked 24? It's just £1.99 on qualifying orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

From order to delivery, most customers receive their parcel within 2–4 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas or Royal Mail disruptions, delivery may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your parcel at royalmail.com or via the courier link in your dispatch email.
